First Visit: £99 First System, £75 Each Additional
If you are a local business I have not worked with before, your first planned maintenance visit is £99 for the first standard single-split system and £75 for each additional system on the same visit, with no VAT. A four-system site is £324 instead of £390.
This is a genuine introduction rather than a permanent rate — subsequent visits are at standard prices (£120 first system, £90 each additional), or on a twice-yearly agreement at £195 per system per year. It applies to accessible standard single-split systems within my normal working area and hours. Repairs, parts, specialist deep cleaning, access equipment, complex multi-split or VRF systems and any statutory checks are surveyed and quoted separately. I will confirm the scope from photographs or a short survey before accepting the booking.

Commercial air conditioning isn't fit-and-forget. Regular planned maintenance keeps your system efficient, extends its life and means problems are found before they shut you down on the hottest day of the year.
We price per complete system, not per unit. A complete system means one indoor unit plus its matched outdoor unit. Multi-split, VRF/VRV, difficult-access and specialist deep-clean work is surveyed and quoted separately. Most companies quote “per unit” and then argue about what counts — we tell you up front, so the price you're quoted is the price you pay.

Six or more systems are quoted individually. Weekend and out-of-hours visits at no extra cost. I'm not VAT-registered, so the price quoted is the full price — no VAT to add.
What the price covers — and what it does not
Included per system: filters cleaned (replacement filters charged separately where a unit needs them), indoor and outdoor coils cleaned, condensate tray, drain and pump checked and cleared, electrical connections, isolators and controls checked, fan motors and bearings inspected, airflow and operating temperatures measured, full performance test in cooling and heating, and a written condition report with photographs.
The published rate is per standard single-split system — one indoor unit and its matched outdoor unit, at accessible height.
Quoted separately: multi-split and VRF/VRV systems, difficult or high-level access and any access equipment, specialist deep cleaning, replacement parts and repairs, refrigerant work, and any statutory leak checking or TM44 inspection that applies to your systems. I will tell you before the visit if I expect any of these to apply.

On larger systems (over 12kW of installed cooling): the law requires periodic TM44 air conditioning inspections by an accredited assessor. I'll flag when your system is due one and point you to an accredited assessor — keeping you on the right side of the regulations.
