Already have air conditioning? Keep it running cleanly, efficiently and reliably with a proper service — filters, coils, drainage and a full check, across Orpington, Bromley and Kent. Available right now, no waiting.
A thorough clean and full working check of your existing air conditioning — so it runs efficiently, smells fresh and cools properly when you need it.
Honest, transparent pricing — here's exactly what I do on every air conditioning service, with no hidden extras.
A full service of one wall-mounted indoor unit and its outdoor condenser.
Air conditioning works hard, especially through a hot summer, and it needs looking after. A blocked filter or a dirty coil makes the unit work harder, cost more to run and cool less well — and a clogged condensate drain is the single most common cause of water leaking from an indoor unit.
On every service I strip the unit down properly: clean the filters and both coils, clear the drainage, check all the electrical connections and controls, then run it through a full working test to make sure it's cooling and heating as it should. I'll tell you honestly what condition it's in and whether anything else needs attention.
And there's no VAT to add. I'm not VAT-registered, so the price I quote is the full price — nothing added on top, on a proper invoice.
More than one unit? Multiple units are serviced at a reduced rate per unit — ideal if you've got AC in several rooms, or you're a business with a few systems to look after. Just tell me how many and I'll give you a fixed price.
An annual service isn't just box-ticking — it saves you money and headaches. Here's what it does for you.
A clean unit with clear coils and fresh filters doesn't have to work as hard — so it uses less electricity to keep you comfortable. A dirty system can cost noticeably more to run.
Filters and coils trap dust, damp and bacteria over time — the usual cause of that musty smell when the AC kicks in. A proper clean sorts it, so the air in your room stays fresh.
There's nothing worse than the AC failing in the middle of a heatwave. A service catches small problems early, so your system is ready and working when the hot weather arrives.
Most manufacturers require an annual service to keep the warranty valid. Regular servicing keeps your cover intact and extends the working life of the system.
You might be wondering how I can service air conditioning before my F-Gas certification completes in September. Here's the honest answer: the servicing that keeps your unit running well — cleaning filters and coils, clearing the condensate drain, and checking the electrics and controls — doesn't break into the sealed refrigerant circuit, so it doesn't require F-Gas certification. I can do all of that today.
Any work that involves the refrigerant itself — topping it up, or fixing a refrigerant leak — I'll be able to carry out once my F-Gas certification completes on 7 September 2026. If your unit turns out to need refrigerant work, I'll tell you straight and we'll book it in for then.
Either way, a clean-and-check now keeps your system in great shape through the summer.
No call centres, no runaround — just me, Gary, from start to finish.
Call, text, WhatsApp or fill in the form. Tell me the make of your unit if you know it, and how many you've got.
I'll agree a fixed price up front and book a time that suits you — including evenings and weekends around my other work.
I clean the unit down, check it over, run a full test and leave everything tidy. Boots off indoors, mess cleared up.
I'll tell you honestly what condition it's in, and flag anything worth keeping an eye on. Fresh, efficient, ready for summer.
