What the Price Covers

What a Standard Installation Includes

The £1,900 starting price is a “from” price for a standard single-split installation. That means: one indoor wall unit and its matched outdoor unit, a back-to-back or short pipe run, the outdoor unit ground-mounted or on standard wall brackets at accessible height, connection to an existing suitable power supply, condensate drainage, and sealing and making good around the pipe entry.

What changes the price: longer or more complex pipe runs, working at height or where access equipment is needed, flat-roof or bracket mounting above normal reach, electrical supply work beyond a straightforward connection, difficult wall construction, and multiple rooms.

Electrical work. Connection to an existing suitable supply is included. If a new circuit, consumer unit work or certification is needed, that is identified at survey and quoted separately.

Warranty. I register your manufacturer warranty on completion using the commissioning details. Warranty eligibility depends on the manufacturer’s own terms, which normally require documented annual servicing. My own workmanship guarantee is 12 months, stated in writing on your invoice.
